Mrs. Van Sluys- St. Patrick's Day!

Today we had a great Irish Dancers program, we made leprechaun traps in the classroom and graphed Lucky Charms with our kindergarten buddies. Here are some fun pictures from the day!

Mrs. Van Sluys' class- exciting week!

This week we found out that the moment we were waiting for was going to happen. We have spent weeks learning about the Iditarod in hopes of talking to the Chief Operating Officer in Alaska. One of our classmate's family knows him. We wrote questions and practiced our skype with Mrs. Rocky's class. Here is a picture of the class Skyping with Mr. Karadis- COO of the Iditerod

 We also were chosen by Mrs. DeLeon in the IMC to each choose a book for display in the library next week.

Today we visited the Milwaukee Public Museum. Highlights of the day were the newer Egypt exhibit, the Egyptian Mummy class and Old World Milwaukee. Here are a few pictures from our great day!
